Ruhul Amin Howlader's nomination cancellation



Patuakhali: Jatiya Party's Secretary-General Ruhul Amin Howlader has been nominated from the Patuakhali-1 constituency for the upcoming eleven parliamentary elections.

On Sunday (December 2th) at 04 pm, the district returning officer after scrutinizing the nomination papers of the Deputy Commissioner's office. Matiul Islam Chowdhury told the matter.

Besides, four nominations for Patuakhali-1, Patuakhali-2 seats and Patuakhali-3 seats have been canceled.

Patuakhali-1 candidates are canceled candidates. Independent candidate Abul Kalam Mridha, Jake party nominated candidate Abdur Rashid, NPP nominated candidate. Sumon Sanyam and Bangladesh Muslim League nominee Khabir Uddin Reza Howlader

Of the 10 people, Patuakhali-2 seats have been canceled. They are BNP candidate nominated candidates Shahidul Islam Talukdar, independent candidate. Shafiqul Islam, independent candidate Mizanur Rahman Khan and independent nominee Abu Nayam have been nominated.

Meanwhile, due to no sign of affidavit, the Returning Officer of the Patuakhali-3 constituency BNP nominated candidate Golam Maula Rony rejected the nomination papers. Besides, another candidate nominated by the BNP. Shahjahan Khan has canceled his nomination as a loan defaulter.

However, the nomination of the nominated candidate from the BNP, Hasan Mamun, has been declared as valid. In Patuakhali-3 (Galachipa and Dashmina) seats, three candidates were nominated from the BNP.

The nomination of all eight candidates in Patuakhali-4 constituency was declared valid.

Returning Officer Matiul Islam Chowdhury said the candidates who have been canceled will be appealed in the next three days with the Election Commission.
